Who we are

Embross has been providing technology solutions to the global travel industry for more than 25 years. Our sole mission is to enhance our customers’ flexibility, reduce costs, and improve customer service by designing, manufacturing, deploying, and servicing innovative, industry leading passenger CUPPS/CUSS compliant Common Use Passenger Processing . To accomplish this goal, in 2015 we acquired IBM’s Travel and Transportation Kiosk division, and in 2019 we acquired Edge Airport Systems, a global IT supplier of IATA certified CUPPS platform and airport management solutions.

Our acquisitions have allowed us to combine the extensive experience from the IBM and Edge-Airport team with the dynamic, progressive, and customer focused Embross culture to be an industry leader. Embross is able to offer end to end solutions to airports from one integrated global supplier.

We have offices and manufacturing facilities in England, France, Switzerland, Canada, United States, Australia, India, and Singapore. We also work with trusted local partners, agents, and support networks to ensure our customers have local access to us.
