The Russell Low Headroom Workhandler can be supplied is a floor mounted system which can be supplied on a transportable base plate for movement via pallet truck as required. It allows loads to be lifted and tilted with ease, they can be off set by as much as 500mm. This makes it ideal for such operations as machine tool loading, reaching into/under racking, lifting from enclosures, loading and unloading paint lines, loading presses etc. At all times the load is held perfectly level. The handler incorporates an auto weight sense pneumatic circuit which once the load has been lifted allows movement via gentle hand pressure on the component or the controls in any direction, up or down.
