Description

For several years, the Winner Company, situated at Sorinnes on the high grounds of Dinant, is putting its heart and soul in the concept and the development of a two seat, experimental helicopter with a tethering rotor system: available as ready-to-fly or as a homebuilt kit. Multiple strategic associations were entered into: the ULB's (Brussels University) department of Aero-Thermo-Mecanics in common with the establishment of a European consortium of 39 aeronautical companies with the goal to develop a new generation turbine that provides 250HP and can be used both in recreational airplanes and light helicopters. The coordination of this project is done by PBS.
