A-380 COMPARTMENT ACCESS STAND – SPLIT HEIGHT – PART# 20113 Features: Split height stand with upper and lower steps side by side. Lower steps lead to the cargo door allowing personnel to unlock the cargo door and the upper step leads to the cargo door switch allowing personnel to open the door without impeding the path of the cargo door as it is opening. Forward assent & descent stair. Heavy duty steel construction. Top Deck: 113” high x 54” wide x 31” deep. Overall Footprint: 148” long x 55” wide x 113” overall height. Single action plunge brakes. Just pull back on a lever and the stand is locked in place. Heavy duty tow bar. Galvanized steel ‘Grip Strut’ (saw tooth design**) steps with “signature” baked on safety yellow anti-slip leading edge. 2 – 16” x 4” solid rubber main wheels with heavy duty axles and hubs. 2 – 8” x 2” Urethane over steel wheels with heavy duty KPL swivels. This stand can be towed at faster than recommended speeds without wheel wobble (a WAAG “signature” feature). “Signature” design of heavy wall 1.5” round steel tubing mounted to stair rail in two places at lower end. This design avoids potential damage and creates a very sturdy unit both in up and down and side to side action. Easily maneuvered by hand. More than ample cross bracing for durability and long service life. Powder coated finish with WAAG safety orange (other colors on request).
