Xplus Image enhancement system The in-house developed image enhancement system Xplus sets new industry standards in terms of usability and inspection quality. All available functions can be automated into sequence without any programming knowledge. This leads to a convenient One-Click inspection process that increases efficiency and reliability. Also all major international industry standards like ASTM, EN17636-2, Boeing 7042/44, NADCAP etc. are fulfilled natively. The Xplus can work with all common suppliers of image sources (FPD/DDA, CR, film digitizer, LDA etc.) and generators. This ensures an unmatched inspection quality and efficiency for non-destructive testing applications. A sophisticated 3D inspection module allows reconstruction with Computed Tomography (CT). Typical checks are porosity analysis, actual-nominal comparison and many more. In case of high volume in-line inspection the Automated Defect Recognition (ADR) module detects flaws without human interaction. The in-house developed ADR can even perform completeness checks, measurement tasks, density analysis and much more. For a better handling the software is completely controllable through a touch interface and has different user levels. The X-ray components can be directly controlled through the software, which has also a comprehensive multi-language support.
