Designed to tow in train. Materials used are of the highest quality and ail componcnts are easily maintained or replaced with minimum effort. No spécial tools required. CHASSIS Châssis size: 2,670mm (105”) x 3,380mm (133”) One piecc welded construction with outer walls foldcd from high grade steel to provide a light weight yet robust structure which is capable of withstanding reasonable collision impacts. Forklift pockets in châssis walls. TOP DECK Invertcd castor dcck with pallets feeding on sides and rear edges. Loading height of 508mm (20”). Total walk over surface (anti-slip). Fork slots in dcck for lifting ULD. Lift up stops to retain pallets. UNDERCARR1AGE FRONT Subframc mounted through 850mm bail bearing tumtable with 2sets of twin wheels on rocking axles. Axles have taper bearing hubs with 4 stud fixing. REAR Fixed castor assemblies with twin wheels on rocking axles. Axles have taper bearing hubs with 4 stud fixings. 8 wheels fïtted with 4.00 x 75 x 8 solid rubber tyres. BRAKES Park brake operates on rear wheels and is actuated by raising towbar. Pivoting towbar with 76mm (3”) profiled eye. Mounted on narrow edge of dolly. Jaw and pin tow hitch-spring loaded. FINISH Hot dip galvanized to ISO 1461. Day glow paint corners. Reflective hazard stripes.
