Description

First-class TRUMPF quality and expertise with low investment and operation costs – this is what you will get with the machines from the TruLaser Series 1000. Its solid-state laser impresses with its robust design and power that will last for years. The machine also makes the cut with its easy-to-learn operation, as well as numerous intelligent functions. Due to its convenient interfaces, the machines of the TruLaser Series 1000 are also easy to automate or to connect to other machines. Perfect introduction, perfect addition Perfect economy even with low to medium utilisation Just get started Intuitive operation with Touchpoint control, and easy to get started thanks to integrated cutting data High quality The machine is robust, durable and provides perfect results Productive thanks to intelligent functions The potential of the machines perfectly utilised Safe laser cutting Maximum safety during operation thanks to enclosed protective housing and beam guard Automation made easy Autonomous work is possible Process-reliable laser cutting In comparison to microjoints, nanojoints only fix the component to the scrap skeleton via a small critical point at the bottom end of the kerf. This leads to process-reliable machining of the sheets as the components are prevented from tilting. Damage to contours at the bottom end of the kerf is only minimal and it is easier to release components from the scrap skeleton. Nanojoints allow tighter nesting – you utilise your resources more efficiently and benefit from higher productivity.
