Description

In applications where zero leakage is critical, this design incorporates a polyamide-imide seal that’s leak-tight in a one-minute test using clean dry nitrogen. Otherwise, this component retains all the advantages of a standard Lee miniature piloting solenoid valve. It’s available standard in a single-coil package for 3000 psi operating systems. Custom configurations optimized for higher operating pressures or for wide operating pressure ranges are available upon request. 2-Way Single and Dual Coil Solenoid Valves with Elastomeric Valve Seats for Reduced Leakage The Zero Leak Solenoid Valve extends the sealing performance of our field proven piltoing solenoid valves. The valve incorporates a polymer seal to achieve zero leakage. The standard version of this valve is a pressure assist to close design. This means that a minimum of 500 psid is required to seat the ball and ensure there is no leakage between ports. This design utilizes patented MultiSeal technology, eliminating the need for o-rings, simplifying port layout, and offering significant space and weight savings. The innovative coil design offers low power consumption and response times. The valves were qualified through extensive testing to numerous industry and environmental standards.
