Envoy is a single, standalone avionics unit that brings enhancements to safety and efficiency found in the modern Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) Air Traffic Management (ATM) environment. Envoy also contains True Dual Stack functionality that allows a flight crew to change between FANS CPDLC and ATN B1 CPDLC based on airspace requirements.
