The MIL-DTL-38999 series III shell style ensures a self-locking system in order to avoid disconnection even under high vibration. Using different contact sizes and platings, 8D power connectors can reach up to 850 A at 40°C. 8D high power connectors provide a superior contact technology equipped with a silver-plated “crown” that guarantees a solution with excellence endurance, low contact resistance and no micro-disconnects under vibration. Available in 5 high-end materials and 5 platings, our 8D power connectors can withstand all of the corrosion, shock, endurance or firewall capability you will encounter.
