The SACO Slave Pallet System is a safe and cost effective system for flexible handling of air cargo pallets and containers (ULD’s) in the warehouse or cargo terminal. By using the purpose designed Pallet Master, slave pallets can be docked with fixed conveyor systems at the standard transfer height of 508 mm / 20 inch. The slave pallets can be used for building up / breaking down pallets at any suitable place within the warehouse. By using multiple slave pallets, a dedicated conveyor system can be set up in virtually any configuration. When not in use, slave pallets can be stacked by a standard forklift truck to save valuable warehouse floor handling space. Options / Alternatives • - LD3 pedestrian version of the Pallet Master, for walking operator, fitted with tiller arm for steering. Nominal load 4,000 kg specially adapted for handling LD3 (AKE) containers and 5 ft pallets. • - Battery charger: - with Electrolyte Acid circulation - with optional automatic water filling system. • - Spare battery. • - Battery charging station with charger and fixed roller conveyor. • - Battery changing trolley with roller conveyor. • - Customised colouring and/or lettering. • - Extended fork tines: Length 3,200 instead of 2,500 mm
