Container ULD storage rack

SACO ULD “Drive in” Racks is a heavy-duty steel construction, consisting of modular sections which can be expanded to suit the capacity requirements. The “Drive in” rack is a great solution to provide vertical storage for ULD’s. The SACO ULD “Drive in” Rack facilitates storage and retrieval of empty ULD containers, e.g. LD3 (AKE) by means of a suitable forklift truck. The modular sections together form a series of lanes accessible by forklifts to deposit or retrieve pallets. Compared to typical pallet racking, this solution notably increases the number of storage locations within the same ground footprint. The ULD rests on side rails, which leaves enough width for a Forklift Truck to drive into the system to pick or place containers.
