THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF
FLY II RELAX SEATING SYSTEM
1. The system is based on components and consists of modular elements providing multiple configurations options.
- structural beam
- seat and backrest type RELAX clamp fixes
- die – cast aluminium legs / armrests / clamps for middle armrests /
leg blinders
- die - cast aluminium clamps for seat fixing
2. STRUCTURAL BEAM
Structural Beam – rectangular shape steel profile - thickness of 3mm and dimensions 80 x 40 mm. The beam is double powder coated. The beam is secured from both horizontal sides with die cast aluminum caps fixed in permanent way by at least 2 screws for increase security and safety of usage. Epoxy powder coating layer: 80 microns. The beam have necessary length for 5 individual seats.
3. SEATS
a) RELAX FULL POLYURETHANE SEAT
Seats are fixed on the beam by means of 2 clamps and 4 special hardened screws DIN 8.8 M10 x 90 size. The screws are conventional of Allen fixing type for easy assembling and disassembling.
Seats and backrests are self –supported and fully made of integral polyurethane foam with full surface steel frame for both seat and backrest fully embedded inside polyurethane (not padded on external
supports). Seat and backrest are separate elements fixed together by means of 2 special connectors made of powder coated steel. Steel frame inside the seat and backrest consists of steel plates, enforced corners
with minimum 3mm thick and perforated steel sheet 1.5mm on the surface of seat and backrest. Framing covers the area of seat and backrest and is strengthened on corners and fixing spots. Seat and backrest and is strengthened on corners and fixing spots.
