The RD1173 is one of our latest Airborne Displays, a proven, high tech solution for a variety of display requirements. Chiefly amongst which are RDDS’ Display Control Protocols, an exciting piece of functionality that allows the RD1173 to provide supplementary control for a variety of Mission Subsystems. From Touch control of a EO/IR Turret Camera, Mission Computer or DVR, there is a variety of opportunities for the RD1173 to solve a wide range of integration challenges. The Display Control Protocols are delivered by RS422 or RS232, and as such can support many different system architectures.
