Airport solar panel SOL-62002

Point Lighting Corporation obstruction lights are combined with an SOL solar power system to provide reliable air hazard marking where commercial power is not available. The SOL system has been analyzed by computer based on a minimum rated insolation value. Components have been selected to provide at least five (5) days of battery backup power (autonomy) with unattended charge recovery year round. Unlike less critical types of solar power systems, obstruction lights must not fail due to lack of battery recovery. The SOL-62002 may be installed at any site where the insolation value exceeds 1.
