The 4-way system makes it possible to move the camera head from the inspection camera in a 190° bending radius. The viewing angle of the borescope is 120°. It is controlled via a joystick, which controls the electric motors on the boroscope. Thanks to the particularly narrow camera head with a diameter of between 2.2 and 6 mm, the borescope can be used for endoscopy in engines, firearms, bores and other narrow openings, for example. This means that weld seams, wear and tear and damage can be assessed quickly and easily with the boroscope in order to make quick diagnoses. The sheathing of the endoscope cable from the borescope consists of braided tungsten. The borescope camera head is made of titanium alloy. This makes the endoscope cable from the borescope particularly robust. The boroscope is therefore used in engineering offices, quality control and for expert opinions.
The touch screen of the inspection camera has a size of 7". The resolution of the borescope display is 1920 x 1200 pixels. Thanks to the touchscreen, easy operation of the borescope is guaranteed. If required, the live image from the borescope can be transmitted to an external screen or beamer via the HDMI interface. In addition, approx. 285,000 images or 1500 minutes of video recording with the borescope can be saved on an SD card. In this way, the recordings from the borescope can be examined again at a later point in time or entered into documentation.
The battery for the inspection camera has a capacity of 6400 mAh. This means that the borescope can be used for endoscopy for more than 3 hours.
