Our data logger records and visualizes sound levels in the range from 30 to 130 dB. It offers three manual measuring ranges as well as an automatic measuring range mode. When switched on, the automatic mode with a range of 30 to 130 dB is activated by default, while the manual ranges are 30 to 90 dB, 50 to 110 dB and 70 to 130 dB.
The user can choose between the frequency weightings A or C and the time weightings "Fast" and "Slow" by pressing a button on the data logger. The "Fast"mode is used for measuring short sound pulses or peak levels, while the "Slow"mode is suitable for general sound level measurements. The data logger is charged via the micro-USB interface and comes in a practical case for transportation.
In addition to the basic functions such as MIN, MAX and HOLD, the data logger automatically switches off after approximately 3 minutes of inactivity to extend battery life. The "Auto Power Off" function can also be deactivated.
