The NW-500 is a ready-to-fly propulsion system with a simple interface. Designed to be self-contained, the NW-500 engine is built upon the Hirth F23 engine core and has a vibration isolation system to minimize interference with sensitive autopilot and payload electronics. This powerful, heavy-duty complete propulsion system is designed for aircraft up to the 250 kg (551 lb.) weight class, depending on mission requirements.
