Description

Supplies programmable DC power for electrical functional test applications. The TestScale Power Module features a programmable power supply with a full scale current and voltage range, remote-sense readback with closed-loop and overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection features. The module also supports common Linux desktop distributions as well as integration with NI software such as TestStand, LabVIEW, and SystemLink. Additionally, the TestScale Power Module includes the NI-DAQmx driver, which includes example code and support for common languages such as Python, C/C++, .NET, and LabVIEW.
