The NAFFCO High speed Airport Runway Sweeper “TORNECH” is designed to clean taxiways, runways, or aprons. TORNECH is highly specialized airfield runway sweeping machine based on air circulation system, which guarantees the lowest emission values in the expelled air. FEATURES TORNECH comes with Hydrostatic device to safely complete the sweeping task at speeds up to 40km/h. Based on a regenerative air technology. Option to recover the detergent and hot water. Equipped with a Glycol recovery and Oil and fuel spill removal. Chassis can be offered as per country specification. The Air Circulation System is recirculating up to 70% of the suction fan exhaust air to reduce the dust emission and to increase the suction power. Through three flexible hoses, the recycled air will be blown out behind the roller broom of the sweep gear to increase the sufficiency of the sweeping process. The non-recycled part of the fan exhaust will be decelerated and released to the environment under the sweeper body. Together with the dust separation system inside of the hopper, the air recirculation system is helping to free the fan exhaust of the dust, so that no additional filters are needed.
