Helicopter Hangar Design: Designed as a helicopter hangar for twin blade and folding blade helicopters. The hangar can be fitted to a pre-cast concrete pad, fastened to concrete anchors or temporarily augared to a green-field site. The shape is designed to efficiently house a range of helicopters and aircraft, can be heated and has a naturally light internal environment. Helicopters that fit in the hangar are: Robinson R22, Robinson R44, Robinson R66, Bell 206 Dimensions: Internal dimensions to this structure are 4.20m wide by 4.20m high, the modular design can be constructed to any length. Typically section spacing is 1.50m. We can create or adjust hangars to suit your requirements. Manufacture: The hangar structure is manufactured from 60.3mm Z35 hot dip galvanized steel tube and aluminium for a long lasting and high quality finish. The section spacing is 1.50m with double internal stanchions throughout making it incredibly strong. The door is a heavy duty PVC material with reinforcing steel bars that opens horizontally and clamps securely to the upright.
