M.M. 8150 version E & S series have been specially conceived to respond to all production applications. The control process is made on the touch screen, guaranteeing good ergonomics and an easy usage. This range of machines is also offering the possibility to save programs, and a great repeatability of the lapping/polishing process in your workshop. Finally, every electric, mechanical and pneumatic component used for this range of machines come from notable brands (such as Schneider electric, Lenze…) assuring a great equipment longevity and facilitating the maintenance operations (easy spare part supply). These machines’ frames are made of mechanically-welded steel, with large sections, offering a lapping/polishing process free from vibrations. Associated with the methods developed by LAM PLAN, these machines guarantee a consistency in the obtaining of your surface condition. The S version machines are endowed with a pressure application system actuator whereas the E version is equipped with load weights.
