The MAC (Major Airport Crashtender) CT009 is one of our ultimate firefighting vehicles that contributes to the safety on airports worldwide. This vehicle is designed for speed and manoeuvrability. Personnel in the cabin can always keep a close eye on the scene because of the large glass surface and ultimate view angles which covers the entire front end of the vehicle. This crashtender is built onto a specially designed ARFF chassis with coil-spring suspension or independent suspension. It has great manoeuvrability both on-, and off-road. It is extreme powerful with single or dual engines up to 1400 horse power. We can deliver the MAC CT009 with three different types of chassis: 4X4, 6X6 and 8X8. The volumes of the water- and foam tanks go up to 18.000 litres of water and 2.000 litres of foam. The pump capacity of this vehicle reaches up to 8.000 litres per minute. Kronenburg can supply (dual flow) roof monitors up to 6.000 litres p/m, HRET (High Reach Extendable Turret) with piercing-nozzle and monitor. Both can be equipped with hydro-chem. Our vehicles can be equipped with bumper monitors with the capacity up to 1950 litres p/m, and can carry up to 500KG of dry powder units.
