Tail Staging Units/Tail docks for Smaller aircrafts such as the Beechcraft King Air, Bombardier Learjet and Gulfstream are designed in two mobile halves, allowing operatives to manoeuvre the staging easily from the sides. They have two working levels which are accessed via a mobile stair unit, which is located at the rear of the main staging halves. On site familiarisation training sessions are included to give companies complete control over the system's movements, thus increasing productivity and efficiency of operations without compromising the safety of personnel. Installation and dismantle training can also be offered with this product as its flat packed design allows the system to be deployed worldwide. The components on this specific model were designed to fit on 2no. 463L Pallets. The construction profiles the tail of the aircraft to reduce the overall footprint leading to easier manoeuvrabilty and also minimising valuable hangar floor space. This particular design also incorporates adjustable handrails allowing the staging to be manoeuvred from the rear of the aircraft. By minimising the levels of clearance required with this innovative new handrail design customers can maximise the amount of maintainable aircrafts within their hangar. The use of removable infill platforms on the upper level allows ample space for the neccessary rudder movement. They also reduce the risk of damage to the aircraft by benefiting manoeuvrability when removed; whilst also maintaining a safe working environment when reinstated. Tool racks, airline points and power outlets can also be included to aid the operators and thus reducing the likelihood of any slips, trips and falls.
