In 2003, IBIS AIRCRAFT S.A. launched nationally and internationally, the light sport aircraft model (LSA), IBIS Magic GS-700 LSA, as a high wing aircraft, two (2) set side by side with tricycle landing gear, the nose wheel controllable from the pedals, which has essential features of high performance, built mainly in 6061-T6 duralumin and chrome-molybdenum 4130N, with a limit load factor +4G / -2G.
The structure of the model Magic GS-700 LSA is monocoque, all metal. The different sections of the plane as fuselage, wings, horizontal and vertical stabilizers, rudder are made of 6061-T6 Duraluminum, the cab is a lattice structure of tubular steel chrome-molybdenum 4130N. The main landing gear is a duraluminum rod 7075-T6 (Spring system), which supports high-impact landing.
The control systems are composed of parts made of duraluminum and chrome-molybdenum steel. The engine mount and pre-engine mount, nose gear and wing struts are made of stainless chromium-molybdenum 4130N.
The control surfaces are differential flaps a ailerons. The flaps are electric and are operated from the panel of instruments, as compensation electrical systems (Trim-Tab) to the elevator, and rudder when installed.
The flaps, ailerons and rudder can be adjusted and graduated on land. The braking system is hydraulic (Matco Brakes) which operates to wheels of main landing gear.
The engine compartment is separated from the cockpit by a firewall, the engine mount is made of chrome-molybdenum 4130N coupled to the fuselage by four attachment points.
