Description

The horizontal hard-bearing balancing machines for the aviation industry are used for precision balancing of engine components. The machines are designed to meet SAE ARP 4048 standard, and can be customized with a variety of options. They are well prepared to meet the current and future requirements of the aviation industry. Expansion options such as half-shell bearings or special software make it possible to balance all standard rotors in the aviation industry. For example, averaging the results of multiple balancing runs reduces the influence of movable blades on the measuring result. Custom designed safety measures keep the machines safe and reduce the noise emission with integrated sound insulation. Special features Very high sensitivity and measuring accuracy Machine design acc. to SAE ARP 4048 Bearing pedestals designed to receive roller bearings, V-blocks or journal bearings tooling for sub-assemblies End-drive and / or belt drive Optional compressed air drive Quick change-over for other rotor types Setup on floor-mounted machine bed Flexible concepts for safety enclosures incl. sound insulation Application Balancing of turbine rotors, rotor sub-assemblies or components with own journals on a balancing arbor as sub-assembly with a tooling Balancing of rotors like fans turbines and compressors gears, transmissions aux. power units air starters
