The perfect helicopter for autorotation training
The Cabri G2 main rotor was designed with training as a priority, to allow safe and reliable autorotation practice.
The composite rotor blades have very high inertia. They provide autorotation performance which exceeds the minimum US Army requirement by 50%, and is twice that of some popular training helicopters.
In order to assist the pilot in autorotation, the rotor & engine tachometer graphics were designed by consultation with experienced instructors.
