Extremely resistant to heavy loads and dynamic forces. Manufactured from fibre-reinforced concrete, the FASERFIX SUPER channels provide maximum stability and superior resistance against extreme loads and dynamic forces. The systems are rated up to load class F 900 making them ideal for demanding environments such as industrial units, service yards, airports and container terminals. The high-quality material and extra-thick sidewalls amplify the system’s superior strength against load-bearing forces, high speeds and lateral movements. Numerous grating designs, materials and load classes according to DIN EN 1433  Resistant to environmental influences such as frost, heat and moisture Gratings securely fixed with 8 bolts per metre, achieves 16 locking points over one unit for extra strength and security Corrosion-protected angle housing made of zinc-magnesium coated steel or stainless steel Nominal sizes from 100 to 500 mm each in different heights Gratings are secure in 40 mm x 40 mm deep angle housing Fire resistance class A1 (non-flammable) according to DIN 4102 SIDE-LOCK boltless locking system, saves on installation time SIDE-LOCK is a unique and straightforward way of locking gratings into position without bolts or special tools. The grating is aligned and positioned correctly on the channel and locked into place with foot pressure. It is securely locked in place and won’t dislodge when exposed to heavy traffic conditions, longitudinal or transverse movements. SIDE-LOCK feature can save up to 90% on installation time and provides ease of maintenance. Simply access the channel by levering open the grating with a screwdriver by positioning it near the locking system.
