While the weight of an aircraft tire may reach up to 200 kg, with an diameter of up to 1,50 m, the appropriate tooling is mandatory. Our wheel service tooling carts provide a comprehensive solution for fast tire exchange on the apron or in the hangar during regular maintenance. Our carts can be obtained as closed-roof (locked) version, with canvas cover or standard open trailer. The cart provides space for all necessary tools (such as torque wrench, jack, wheel brake changer etc.), the replacement wheels as well as for nitrogen filling units. The operator will safe unnecessary setting up times, because all necessary equipment is on-board the cart already.
