The manufacture of refuelling vehicles is the central feature of our business. Our modern facility is purpose built for construction of large specialist vehicles, our designers utilise the latest in 3D CAD technology. We vehicles are fully tested on our purpose-built JET A1 Test facility. We design and manufacture bespoke refuelling vehicles to suite the operator’s specific requirements. As well as offering a wide range of standard build vehicles in varying capacities. The refuelling hamper is built using the latest pumping and filtration, metering technology, designed to meet the pressure and flow-rate requirements of airlines and into-plane operators. Interlock and safety features are incorporated meeting international standards such as JIG, EN, EI and IATA Refuellers can vary in capacity from 5,000 litre for the smaller General Aviation application up to 70,000 litre high flow units with elevating platform for refuelling the latest wide body passenger and cargo aircraft such as the A380 and Boeing B777-X. These can be either rigid or semi-trailer arrangement with refuelling system located either behind the chassis cab or at the rear of the tank. Tanks are of the highest quality, aluminium alloy is the most commonly used material however we can also offer stainless steel construction if requested. Tanks can be designed and manufactured to accommodate features such as low profile, different cross sections and can be standard width or up to 3m wide. We recognise that refuelling operations and equipment are often high profile and a reflection of corporate image and reputation. This makes reliability and appearance just as important as operational performance.
