THE STATE-OF-THE-ART IN UNMANNED AIRCRAFT FT-200 FH is a remotely piloted helicopter that has a configuration in counter-rotating rotors, optimized for cargo loading. This configuration enables equipment installation in a flexible and compact way, it minimizes the space required for aircraft storage and transportation, which can be done by a passenger vehicle. FT-200 FH presents easy operation and is ready to take-off in only 10 minutes, it can be operated at a fixed location or on board ships. FT-200 FH is innovative and presents exclusive Piloting, Navigation (FTSmartFly®) and Contingencies (FTSafeFly®) systems, guaranteeing a complete automatized piloting and, for situations that need contingency measures activation, it is prepared to events which demands risk situations identification, communications degradation and safe landing. FT Sistemas’ FH helicopters family was developed with specific technologies to enable the operator to perform a safe integration in the aerial space. Some of the daily missions performed by the FHs are: to recognize and avoid obstacles and other aircraft, to be recognized, to be identified, to identify other aircraft and to communicate with them as well as with flight information and control systems. These tasks are performed by exclusive systems such as: FTSmartLight®, FTSmartID®, FTVoiceCom®, FTSmartSense® and FTLowNav®.
