Description
Pneumatic actuator that moves the tail in the correct position automatically when one engine is off.
A solenoid driven Shut-off valve, when powered, connects the extension and retraction chambers of the RBA, zeroing the actuation output force and
enabling free movement of the surface connected to the RBA piston rod.
An external heater blanket, electrically powered, provides anti freezing capability to the RBA in case of high altitude operation.
