Description

Standard equipment of KR-010 Elf Airframe: FUSELAGE: A shell structure made of two connected components.The tail unit including vertical and horizontal stabilizer and the main fuselage part. The structure is made of high grade resins in connection with carbon and glass fabric. The canopy consists of special adapted plexi glass. CABIN: A plexi glass canopy opened sidewards, equipped with hand grips and locks, secured by a cord when opened. For the summer season a special Cabrio canopy allowing a flight without main Canopy. Ergonomic interior which also offers space for larger Pilots. The seats position setting is provided by using special seat cushions. WINGS: Two wings fitted to one central wing which is integral part tot he fuselage. The flaperons are located along the whole span expect on the eliptical wing ends. TAIL UNIT: Classical design UNDERCARRIAGE: Consisting oft wo main wheels and a front wheel. The springy ,one peace main wheel leg is made of composite material. The front wheel is equipped with a hydraulic wheel brake. The wheel can be deflected up to 15 o in each direction from the long axis per a lever and rod system on the pedal arrangement Control system: AILERONS: Stick movements being transfered by a stiff lever and rod system to the ailerons. FLAPS: The deflection is realized electromechanical.The control buttons are located on the stick. The flaps servo transfers it`s movements by a stiff rod and lever system to the flaperons. The deflection range lies betweeen -6 and +15 degrees where -6 is the neutral position.
