The Inert Mail Threat Kit contains a wide variety of threat packages that could be seen by mail screeners and security officers at corporate and government mail facilities.
This encompassing kit boasts a wide variety of parcel sizes and shapes to include 6 different size boxes, padded and non-padded envelopes, letter envelopes and even holiday card sizes. The MTK3000 includes many types of "mail bombs" with firing circuits known to have been used in actual attacks, as well as non-explosive threats. The kit also includes powder devices designed to simulate anthrax, ricin or fentanyl contained in letters which will allow you to train your security officers to identify a possible white powder threat.
Each threat device contains an external image to reflect how the device is constructed. This prevents the need to open the device, while allowing screeners to build an association to how items appear in an X-ray.
The explosive simulants in this kit are density, Zeff, and X-ray correct to replicate the real threats with which they are associated.
We believe there are no other products on the market that offer the capability and complete functionality that this kit provides.
