DoKaSch sets a new, modern standard with the Lightweight Container range. The Lightweight Containers with Thimpfi* glass fiber panels are DoKaSchs` latest invention! Details: Ultra light (0.9 kg/m²) Extreme robust.   Caused by special UV-resistant foil on panels Ultra economical Great value for money Lower CO2 emissions Weight With the new construction grades and materials, DoKaSch achieves a weight for an AKE/LD3 Container starting at 63 kg, or 73 kg for an AKH/LD3-45. This equates to a 30 % weight reduction compared with other materials. Across all cargo shipments, the result is an enormous fuel saving and significantly lower CO2 emissions. Robustness The light, yet strong composite boards guarantee minimum buckling compared with flexible lengths of material. This means that it can be handled without any problems on board aircraft. Colour Lightweight Containers of the Thimpfi* series are available in clear white and can be equipped with all kind of markings based on the customers´ requirements. Even printings on the panels are possible. Service life The stronger impact strength compared with aluminum significantly increases the service life of the lightweight container series. In addition, it offers improved protection for the load, less damage and is significantly more UV resistant than other comparable materials.
