MT1213DE (BX) has a highly innovative design and combines transmission imaging with backscatter technology to detect low atomic number materials such as explosives, drugs, etc. The MT1213DE (BX) also incorporates an innovative electronic sniffer, which is able to self-position and draw gas from the container after scanning, allowing rapid detection of toxic and noxious gases and volatile chemicals without unpacking.
