The lavatory servicing units are designed for aircraft toilet discharge/replenishment services with high standards of safety, reliability and hygiene. Built on a sturdy steel chassis, they have an open cab on the left-hand side and two 3 mm thick stainless steel AISI 304 stainless steel tanks with Ø 500 manhole. Depending on the model, the water tank load capacity ranges from 650 to 1200 litres, while the waste tank ranges from 1250 to 2300 litres. On the front right of the frame there is a platform which can be fixed or with a lift system with a maximum lifting height of 1800 mm or 3000 mm, the platform can be equipped with anti-collision sensors (ultrasonic and/or antennas). On vehicles equipped with a platform lift, the waste tank is equipped with a telescopic extension connected to a 4″ 4-metre long hose with quick aircraft coupling. The vehicle is powered by a Perkins 404D-22 diesel engine 36.3 kW/49 bhp @2800 rpm positioned centrally to the frame. Automatic transmission. Hydraulic power steering. The water system includes a brass transfer pump, a digital litre-counter with a preset automatic stop, a transfer pressure regulator, automatic backflow, and a 4-metre long hose with standard aircraft coupling.
On request, the vehicle can be equipped with a side channel vacuum pump with overflow valve and an automatic system for washing the waste tank with a hydraulically operated drain valve with a telescopic extension connected to a 4″ 4-metre long hose with quick aircraft coupling. The vehicle is powered by a Perkins 404D-22 diesel engine 37.3 kW/50 bhp @2800 rpm positioned centrally to the frame. Automatic transmission. Hydraulic power steering.
