Cleaning Head Assembly -
Permanently mounted, joystick controlled, multi-pivot point maneuverability. Cast aluminum housing, hydraulically driven rotation, fiberglass recovery tank. Belt-driven return pump. Rubber or Paint removal head max work pressure is 43,500psi (2,700bar) at 6gpm (21L/min). Can easily be changed from Paint to Rubber removal in minutes.
Cleaning Attachment -
Gas powered, remote paint removal head operates up to 300ft (91m) distance from the main vehicle.
Rubber Removal Head -
(1)40in (1.01m) cast aluminum head, with up to 34in (0.86m) cleaning path. Hydraulically actuated with a multi-axis arm, joystick-controlled by the operator.
Paint Removal Head -
(1) 24in (60.96cm) cast iron head with adjustable 6in (15cm) to 16in (41cm) cleaning path. Hydraulically controlled with a multi-axis arm for easy maneuverability will produce from 6in (15cm) to 16in (41cm) path of paint removal
Filtration System -
Inlet water filtered to 0.35 micron over 260 ft² of organic and particulate filtration
Water Filters -
Minimum of two (2) filters before UHP pump inlet: One (1) organic 50 micron filter, one (1) particle 0.35-micron filter. Combined filter media surface area of over 260ft²
