Automatic Tray Return System for hand luggage checking at airports FAST2CHECK EASY is the most compact model designed by Cassioli for inspection of passenger hand luggage at the airport. Thanks to its smaller design, the EASY model is particularly suitable for airports that do not have large areas available, but still need to use a state-of-the-art, fast and safe screening system. FAST2CHECK EASY was created with the aim of meeting flow-optimization requirements. Most airport tray-recirculation systems on the market need an area between 16 and 20 metres to ensure significant increases in flows and performance. The new Cassioli system allows airports to benefit from the advantages of parallel and simultaneous management of up to 4 passengers, with a total length of less than 12 metres. The “Queue Beater” allows queues to be distributed in an orderly and efficient manner, speeding up flows and facilitating the inspection work of operators. Once the baggage has been checked, the empty trays are returned to the starting point by a raised gravity conveyor return line. FAST2CHECK EASY is therefore the smartest and most cost-effective solution to best meet key airport-checkpoint needs, achieving maximum efficiency with minimum surface area.
