The gritting machines of the Husky range have an optimised container design which makes them ideal for mounting on a wide variety of municipal carrier vehicles. The vehicle-gritter combination is ideal for winter service on narrow track vehicles thanks to the low profile container design which results in a low center of gravity. The Husky gritting machines are available with container sizes from 0.4 m³ to 1.8 m³ with and without liquid salt equipment. The Husky range is available in the Husky V and Husky W versions where the difference is in the number of augers fitted to the machine. The gritting machines of the Husky V range have one auger. The gritting machines of the Husky W range have two augers and can be supplied, where requested, with a twin-chamber container. The gritting machines of the Husky range are renowned for their excellent reliability, first-class service and attractive price-performance ratio. The excellent equipment finish and the use of tried-and-tested components are further proof of the great technical expertise built into our machines. The high proportion of stainless steel ensures even the basic amenities for a long lifetime of the spreaders (Skid plates, spreader disc, feet sockets and all fasteners are in stainless steel).
