Complete machining in one clamping operation The PBZ HD profile machining center has simultaneous 5-axis capability and enables precise machining without interference contours over the entire workpiece length. All six sides of the part are completely machined in just one clamping operation, including milling, sawing, drilling, tapping, and thread cutting. The raw material or the profile is positioned in the X axis for precise machining in the rigid stationary machining area. Proven bavius clamping technology In addition to the proven bavius clamping technology for PBZ machines, the PBZ HD offers further options for efficient workholding: Customized clamping technology with variable number of vices or table version. Even large and long fixtures can be changed quickly. Optional dovetail workholding solutions are available. Ergonomics & flexibility The PBZ HD machine concept has an optimum ergonomic configuration.
