The newest FADEC currently in service – on the LEAP and Passport 20 engines – were produced and developed to serve in the Airbus 320neo, Boeing 737 MAX, and Bombardier Global 7000/8000. It is also slated to control the COMAC C919 upon its introduction. LEAP/PP20 FADECs are designed and built by FADEC Alliance – a partnership between GE and FADEC International, a joint venture of BAE Systems and Safran.
