LPM – 2600 is stainless steel FPI line designed according requirements of Australian company TAE Aerospace providing MRO of aerospace engines for civil and military. Concept of the line is combination of manual roller track for smaller parts in basket and overhead hoist for manipulation with bigger parts. Max. part size is 1500 mm in diameter. For higher flexibility the line combines positions with vertical movement of rollers for penetrant application by immersion and position for penetrant application by electrostatic spraying. Both water washable and post emulsifier penetrants can be used on this line. Powerful exhausting eliminates aerosol and powder spreading from spraying positions to improve personnel working conditions.
