The Reporting Module covers the entire hazard and occurrence reporting process for flight, cabin and ground operations, training, continuing airworthiness, maintenance, occupational health and safety, etc. To facilitate reporting when not at your home base, IQSMS supports the report entry on tablets and smartphones. As Internet connection is not always available for operations personnel (e.g. for pilots during flight), we also offer an offline Reporting App for iPads and Android tablets/mobile phones, as well as an offline reporting system for laptops. All reports entered in the offline reporting systems are automatically transferred to the IQSMS server as soon as internet connection is reestablished. Risk classification is performed in accordance with the requirements of ICAO Doc. 9859 and ICAO Annex 19. The entire follow-up process is facilitated by IQSMS, including the assignment of responsible managers, the tracking of corrective and preventive actions, and the root cause analysis based on HFACS and 5Why methods. Moreover, IQSMS supports report classifications in accordance with IATA STEADES, IATA GDDB as well as ADREP. Each step of the reporting process is documented with a time stamp and therefore fully traceable. For analysis of more significant occurrences, ICAO Annex 13 investigation reports can be performed.
