Electroplated bond
The electrolytic nickel bond is the result of a process of converting electrical energy into chemical energy and creating a deposit called 'electrolytic'. It allows the crimping of a very high concentration of diamond or cBN and ensures the tool's tolerance and efficiency for the duration of its use. This process also allows various parts to be produced in different shapes and sizes and can be used several times.
Band Saw
Thin-band saws (consisting of an endless, high-strength steel band with an electroplated diamond cutting edge) is capable of cutting large-diameter silicon ingots and other large diameter materials accurately and efficiently and can be manufactured in different sizes.
