The DeltaJet 2 is an ultra-strong , performance flexwing trike covered in a low-drag, composite body. Both pilot and passenger benefit from spacious seats and the large windscreen shields both from wind buffet, especially during fast cruise. For maximum streamlining, the engine and rear undercarriage are also covered. Extremely comfortable for long range flights, which are accommodated with the optional large 55 L fuel tank. Standard equipment includes automatic safety belts, custom-designed luggage, 45-litre fuel tank, and a hydraulic disc brake on the nosewheel. Options include training pedals for school instruction, emergency ballistic parachute, windshield, hydraulic disc brakes on the main wheels, 55-litre long-range fuel tank, and a towing system. The DeltaJet 2 can be flown with every type of Apollo wing (C15, C15TN, C-17, CXMD) and is compatible with other manufacturer’s wings. The combination of DeltaJet 2 and Apollo wing holds type certificates in Hungary, Austria, Greece, Norway and USA.
