Hot rolled coils are used as raw material for the cold rolling mill. Raised pattern types available: Five bar; two bar. Available height of raised pattern of 1.1 mm –1.5 mm (0.043”– 0.059”) on one side and a smooth surface on the other. Finishes available: Mill Finish surface (with clean residual oil or degreased by thermal treatment) marked by label- ling; other requirements according to relevant quality standards. Packaging and delivery Packaging and delivery options available: Wooden pallets; tightly bound with steel/PVC straps; waterproof packing with thermo-shrinkable polyethylene and silica gel (desiccant); protection with corrugated cardboard and edge protections. Special Requests Tread plates of other sizes than those mentioned above may be delivered depending on quantities and required technical conditions.
