LHERITIER has designed and manufactured HUD (Head-Up display) cameras for military aircraft for the last 10 years. They enable simultaneous recording of the HUD symbols and the field of vision observed by the pilot.
LHERITIER develops real-time on-board algorithms for an optimised image dynamic. The HUD cameras are suitable for extreme qualification conditions (illumination and sunshine condition, landing, pressurisation, temperature, humidity, etc.) for any type of aircraft or helicopter (mission and training with "Replay" function).
LHERITIER supplies DASSAULT AVIATION (RAFALE, MIRAGE 2000 and MIRAGE F1), BOEING (F-15 USAF and F-18 US NAVY), HAL (LCA Tejas) as well as trainer aircraft such as the Alpha Jet and the ORLIK PZL-130.
LHERITIER cameras are RTCA - DO-160 qualified and certified compliant with standards DO-254 and DO-178.
