The experience acquired over more than 50 years in manufacturing of tube fittings for nuclear applications with a very high level of safety and dependability enables ALYNOX to offer competitive, alternative solutions for Aeronautics & Space applications. The components manufactured by ALYNOX, in stainless steel and/or nickel alloy (Inconel), using an innovative hydro-forming technology, have high-performance mechanical properties and enable substantial on-board weight savings. By way of an example, ALYNOX produces Inconel fittings installed on the fuel circuit of the A400 M's engines. ALYNOX also has a range of ABF three-piece machined fittings, which are removable and have metal-metal sealing (250 bar – 600 °C). Their design can be adapted to all of our clients' needs (SW, BW, threaded, etc.).
