Greenwood Leflore AirportATCT Replacement Design and Siting StudyGreenwood, MississippiConstruction Complete: April 2012Project included Safety Risk Management Documents, Siting Analysis, Environmental Assessment, Conceptual and Final Design for this Mississippi Delta area airport. FAA approved the site using the Alternate Method. AJT is also coordinating with the FAA regarding the earmark funds and the Other Transaction Agreement as well as the Mississippi DOT grant that is associated with those funds. AJT provided construction support including on site field inspections, submittal reviews and construction draws, as well as as the design and bid package for communications equipment. The new 7 story 70'-7" tower (cab floor height) design includes 4 finished levels including cab and 3 unfinished levels for future use.
